Today\, his granddaughter Chiara (pictured above)\, represents the winery’s third generation while also holding the position of the youngest winery owner in all of Italy\, brings fresh energy and respect for tradition while continuing the family’s dedication to crafting world-class wines. The estate’s 12 hectares of vineyards—including eight historic Barolo crus—produce wines that are a masterful balance of heritage and innovation.\n\nYou will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu that seamlessly blends Nebraska’s finest spring produce with Piedmontese flavors\, creating an unforgettable culinary experience. Each course will be paired with Cascina Adelaide’s elegant wines\, from the rare Nascetta white to the bold and expressive Nebbiolo-based reds.
