Raised in the land of Amarone\, he moved to the United States in 1997 and lived in New York for a year to market and organize the distribution of the family’s wines. After returning to Italy\, he took over the family business\, developed new brands for their Valpolicella wines\, and grew Nicola Biscardo Selections to include 33 wineries and estates. Together with his panel of wine tasters\, sommeliers\, and enologists\, he personally seeks and selects every winery that joins the Selection. After several visits to Omaha\, Nicola has accumulated quite a fan base.
