The Perusini wine estate is among Italy’s most historic, recognized in 1986 by the legendary Luigi Veronelli as one of the country’s top fifty producers. Committed to sustainability, Perusini transitioned to organic farming in 2014, ensuring that every bottle reflects a deep respect for the land.

Their portfolio of 15 exceptional wines includes Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Ribolla Gialla, Merlot, and Refosco, all shaped by the region’s signature ponca soil and the cooling influences of the Alps and Adriatic. For just $40, you will enjoy six exquisite pours, paired perfectly with meat and cheese, as Carlo takes us on a journey through the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC, a breathtaking appellation in northeastern Italy known for its unique microclimate and world-class wines.
