The Cheese and Wine Shop Barolo Tasting with Chiara Drocco from Cascina Adelaide

We invite you to join us along with Chiara Drocco from Cascina Adelaide to taste through her Barolos and one Nascetta (white wine). Not only will you experience the wines, but you will also get to hear from and interact directly with the winemaker, Chiara. Chiara is the youngest Barolo winemaker in all of Italy, and she follows in her grandfather’s footsteps. We will pair her wines with cheeses so you can get the full experience of the amazing Barolos, and The Cheese and Wine Shop’s delicious cheeses and how they complement each other.
