Fabio isn’t just the owner of this historic Friulian estate — he’s an actual Count, bringing centuries of family tradition (and plenty of charisma) to the table. Guests will enjoy a 5-course Friulian feast with 5 wine pairings, highlighting the rich flavors of Northern Italy’s Friuli region — where alpine breezes meet Adriatic influences, and some of Italy’s most elegant, expressive wines are born.
