Tonight, you can meet the legendary Nicola Biscardo from Verona, Italy. Nicola works with dozens of Italy’s greatest wine makers including some who are at the forefront of what is known as organic or natural wine making. Nicola will break down wine terminology that seems complex into what is quite fascinating.
