
Federico returns to Dante for a dinner focused entirely on Barbera from Monferrato, Piedmont. We’ll be pouring four different expressions from the estate, one rosé and three reds, paired alongside a four-course menu from the kitchen. It’s not often you get to sit across the table from the owner of a winery and hear the stories directly from the source. That’s what makes these dinners special.
