Tenuta La Meridiana is located in an area of Piedmont where Barbera is the primary grape. Similar to Nebbiolo in the nearby Barolo territory, Barbera is planted in the best vineyard locations to create Barbera D’ Asti and the wines are spectacular. Federico Primo the owner of Tenuta La Meridiana produces Barberas that reach the top level of the varieties expression. Tonight, at Florio’s you will try 5 Barbera wines paired with a special meal prepared by the team at Florio’s. Florio’s has knocked it out of the park in all of the wine dinners they have prepared, and we expect more of the same tonight.
