Beacon Hill’s Winemaker Dinner with Federica Zeni

Share the passion and enthusiasm of Federica Zeni as she introduces six of her award-winning wines in this three-course wine dinner created by Chef John Benton and his team. You will gain a true appreciation for wines from the famous Veneto region along with the amazing dishes from one of Omaha’s new hot restaurants.
First Course — Bluefin Tuna Otoro
Lightly torched otoro with yuzu ponzu, shaved pickled fennel, Asian pear, shiso oil, and puffed rice.
Second Course — Pork Secreto
Grilled pork secreto with a sweet, tart, and savory plum-umeboshi relish, lightly smoked and grilled Savoy cabbage, toasted hazelnuts, and rosemary pork jus.
Third Course — Lamb Picanha
Low-temperature-roasted lamb picanha with blistered Japanese eggplant, roasted maitake mushrooms, charred cipollini onions, black garlic lamb jus, and fresh herbs.
Cost: 3 courses and 6 wines for $120.00 per person + tax & 20% gratuity
