Join us for an unforgettable evening as part of Dante’s Producer Dinner Series, featuring Umberto Cantamessa, the passionate owner of Ribevi Imports. With years of experience and a deep love for Italian wines, Umberto has dedicated his career to bringing the finest selections from Italy to wine enthusiasts around the world. Ribevi Imports is known for curating exceptional wines, and Umberto’s knowledge and stories will add a special touch to this exclusive dinner event.
This evening, we will focus on the historic Masseria Frattasi, a winery in Campania founded in 1779, known for its heroic mountain winemaking techniques. One of their highlights is Falanghina, the oldest white grape in Europe, brought to Italy by the people of Crete nearly 3,000 years ago.
Complementing these extraordinary wines, Chef Sean LaHood will present a 5-course menu inspired by the flavors of Campania. Expect a variety of dishes that pay homage to the region’s culinary traditions, from fresh seafood and vibrant vegetables to hearty, rustic fare. This is Chef Sean LaHood’s first wine dinner, and he’s excited to bring the bold, authentic flavors of Campania to your table.
