We love it when our customers choose to “step up” their wine program, Art & Soul has decided to just that in recent months. This dinner is an elegant event for those who appreciate the formality of fine dining. We will be serving next level wines for this event to pair with an elevated menu. A perfect way to celebrate “Galentine’s Day.”

First Course: Winter Salad with Pomegranate Arils, Pears, and Pistachios
Second Course: Prime Rib with Au Jus and Scallops with Truffle Beurre Blanc, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans Amandine
Third Course: Bananas Foster
