Theme: Find Your Palate Tasting with Jesse Becker of Veritable Wines (Germany/Austria)
The “Find Your Palate” workshop aims to push you beyond your comfort zone, encouraging you to sample new wines while learning how to express your tastes. We will thoughtfully taste a variety of eight wines, discussing their aromas, flavors, acidity, and other distinctive attributes. However, here’s the twist: I won’t reveal what you’re tasting! The objective of this workshop is to shift the focus from the varietal to the unique characteristics of each wine, allowing you to uncover your personal wine palate. We will cover a lot of ground in this workshop, so please try to arrive a little early to allow us to start right at 6pm!
