Heroic viticulture describes winemaking scenarios where winemakers must take extreme measures to grow and harvest grapes for wine production. Tonight, Nicola Biscardo the “Wine Ambassador” will present to you some Italian wine makers that go to extreme measures in the fields to produce wines of distinction.
