Theme: The Diverse Wines of Piedmont
Piedmont, Italy is perhaps the most diverse wine region in the world. The geography, soil, and wine making history cannot be replicated anywhere in the world. The wines produced there range from crisp whites to some of the most bold and powerful reds produced with everything in between. Much of Piedmont’s wine region is designated UNESCO heritage for its historical importance in wine. Tonight, learn from Certified Sommelier and Italian Vine Sales Director Grant Gaston who has just returned from this region.
