La Sala is proudly boutique by design: farming with organic principles and leaning into Chianti tradition while crafting wines that feel both classic and current. Expect a lively, Tuscany-leaning night—great bottles, a shared sense of place, and the kind of dinner that turns into “let’s do this again.”
