Join us for a one-seating dinner featuring wines from La Sala del Torriano, a small organic winery in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, a beautiful stretch of hills just outside Florence and within the Chianti Classico zone—where Sangiovese is the heartbeat of the table. La Sala is proudly boutique by design: farming with organic principles and leaning into Chianti tradition while crafting wines that feel both classic and current. Expect a lively, Tuscany-leaning night—great bottles, a shared sense of place, and the kind of dinner that turns into “let’s do this again.”
