Campania is one of Italy’s most exciting regions right now—volcanic soils, coastal energy, and a lineup of indigenous grapes that produce whites with serious lift (think Fiano, Greco, Falanghina) and reds with depth and structure (hello, Aglianico).For this dinner, we’re pouring wines from Cantina Trabucco, a boutique producer in Campania with a focus on expressive, territory-driven wines—including Falerno del Massico, a historic, distinctive corner of the region.
