Celebrate Oktoberfest German style not with beer, but with wine! We welcome Amy from the German Wine Collective on Thursday, October 22nd to experience this unique event. Michael sourced 5 different German mustards from Frankfurt, Germany (He actually hauled them home in my suitcase last month and thankfully none of them broke) that are paired with German wines. Yes wine! Back Alley Bakery will make us homemade German style pretzels to act as the mustard delivery device with each of the 5 mustards paired to a different wine. To tease your appetite one of the tastings will be a Frankfurter Apfel Senf paired with a Karthauswerhopf Kabinett Feinherb Riesling.
