Hastings Cheese & Wine Shop tasting with Count Fabio d’Attimis

Coming from the Friuli region of northern Italy we welcome Count Fabio d’Attimis from Conte d’Attimis-Maniago winery. The winery has been in the family since 1585. Yes, over 400 years in the same family. Fabio is the 18th generation winemaker, who works alongside his father Count Alberto d’Attimis. Yes, you read that correctly. Count. There is Nobility in this family with an amazing story that will be shared with you at the event along with some very unique wine varietals (Tazzelenghe or Schioppettino) and the perfect cheese pairing for each wine.
For $35 you will taste through 4 of the Conte d’Attimis-Maniago wines, each paired with the perfect cheese for your enjoyment. You will also get to her Fabio tell the family and wineries story.
