Nicola will join us to discuss his mission to provide family owned, sustainably farmed, low intervention, indigenous Italian wines to the world. Nicola Biscardo Selections only associates with producers who have earned the highest respect among their peers and who consistently produce proven high-quality products. Every winery is family owned and follows Organic, Biodynamic, or Sustainable farming, implementing very few interventions in wine-making to craft natural wines.

We will taste the following wines and snacks will be provided:

• Antonio Mazella Ischia Biancolella
•  Castiadas Cannonau
• Nicola Trabucco ERRE Aglianico
• St. Quirinis Pinot Noir

Cost: 4 wines and snacks for $30.00

Seated wine class: 6pm – 7:30pm. We suggest making reservations for dinner afterwards if you are interested in something a little more filling.
