Theme: Where Fire Meets the Craft of Beef
You may be surprised by the high quality of this restaurant in Crete. The owners produce their own meat on a farm close to town, and they source local and seasonal produce. Their chef, Becka Myles, is extremely talented. The last wine dinner we did with them was impressive. While we were still working out the kinks of a first wine dinner, every customer was blown away. Tonight, the spotlight is on the beef produced on the owners’ farm just outside of Crete. The wines are an eclectic mix that we are excited to share with you.
