Join Chef Nick Strawhecker and Sommelier Grant Gaston for a five-course dinner inspired by the food, wines and traditions of Piedmont as a preview of their trip to the region in April 2027. Each course has been thoughtfully crafted to reflect the region they will explore together next spring, with wines that tell the story of its villages, vineyards and generations of winemakers. It’s more than a dinner. It’s a preview of the journey and a taste of what is waiting!
Cost: $195 per person five course dinner with wine pairings.
